Terms of Sanctum & Service

By reserving early access, booking home rituals, scheduling live Acharya counsel, or browsing Pro Pooja Paath ("the Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sanctum & Service ("Terms") established by Satya Infology Private Limited.

Pro Pooja Paath maintains uncompromising standards for participating priests:

• Every Acharya, Pandit, and Purohit is formally vetted for scriptural credentials (Gurukul / Veda Pathashala certifications or verified family lineage).
• Acharyas agree to conduct ceremonies strictly adhering to canonical Shastras, Samhitas, and traditional Grihya Sutras.
• No arbitrary commercial negotiations occur on sanctum grounds; honorariums are transparent and formalized through the platform.

Vedic rituals demand mutual reverence. Devotees and their families agree to:

• Maintain a clean, quiet, and respectfully prepared ritual area (Pooja Sthal / Havan Kund) for home visits.
• Treat attending Acharyas with dignified hospitality and courtesy consistent with traditional values.
• Refrain from unauthorized recording or commercial broadcasting of live Acharya counsel sessions without consent.

4. Auspicious Muhurats, Scheduling & Samagri

Rituals are anchored to astronomical calculations (Panchang / Muhurat). If unforeseen delays or circumstances necessitate rescheduling, requests must be communicated within the designated window prior to the muhurat. Consecrated samagri kits are prepared fresh and dispatched in tamper-evident sacred packaging.

Vedic rituals, havans, and spiritual guidance are religious and spiritual practices rooted in faith, historical tradition, and individual devotion. While Pro Pooja Paath guarantees the authenticity, procedural integrity, and scholarly lineage of participating Acharyas, spiritual outcomes are inherently matters of personal faith. Rituals and astrological consultations do not substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial counsel.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All visual designs, sacred emblem assets, the Pro Pooja Paath wordmark, software architecture, and proprietary Vedic matching guidance algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Satya Infology Private Limited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
